Refund Policy
We want you to love Beetab. If you are not satisfied with your Pro purchase, we are here to help.
1. Our Payment Processor
All Beetab Pro purchases (monthly subscriptions and lifetime licenses) are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions — meaning your purchase contract is with Paddle, and all refunds are issued by Paddle according to their policies and these guidelines.
2. Refund Eligibility

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use one of these methods:
- Via your purchase email: Use the billing management link in your Paddle confirmation email to request a refund directly
- Via Paddle: Visit paddle.com and use their buyer support
- Via us: Email support@beetab.cc with your order details and we will assist you with the refund process
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
4. Cancelling a Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your Beetab Pro monthly subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain full Pro access until the end of the paid period
- No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period, unless within the 14-day refund window
- To cancel, email support@beetab.cc or use the billing link in your Paddle confirmation email
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use
- Cases of suspected fraud or abuse
- Requests for partial refunds on monthly subscriptions (outside the 14-day window)
6. Free Trial
Beetab offers a 7-day free trial of the Pro tier. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial ends automatically — you will not be charged unless you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Beetab after changes constitutes acceptance.
